Just heard from customer support in an email. they told me to set up filament run out to fix this issue. But that is a useless suggestion as i never know which input will stop feeding. it has happened on inputs 1,4,5 and 8 so far. i am printing in 6 colors. if i had to set up filament run out for all 6 colors i would need a 12 color palette to print this job. the only way i can set up filament runout for every color i am using is if i only use 4 colors. and what is to stop the backup input from failing just like all the other inputs. and yes there is filament on all spools. the filament just cannot make it under the roller due to the piece of metal that gets in its way. why this woks for hours sometimes and minutes other times before it fails is a mystery. but something needs to be done so we can start getting some finished prints thru this machine again.
hate to think that after about a dozen good prints that my machine is history and ready for the junk pile. just think it lasted almost 3 months before it died. . But as of now it is useless junk to me and i am thinking about selling it for parts on Ebay just to recoup some of my wasted money. and a policy of no returns even if the unit does not work is a horrible policy
I have to add that your 2 year warranty is useless if you refuse to acknowledge hardware issue in your products.
If i hear one more time from your customer support rep that my palette was fixed and returned to me in perfect working order i will go postal.
