Still having the issue? It could be the drive belt on the main filament drive. I had a problem with the filament feeding and it was caused by the drive belt slipping. When I took the cover off, the belt was frayed (see picture). Your belt could be worn in such a way that it feeds filament fine, but doesn’t retract it. There is a video available (Ingoing Drive Belt - Mosaic Manufacturing (mosaicmfg.com)) that gives instructions for changing the belt. It was very good and made the job easy.
I had issues with my prints using kisslicer with undesireable “walls” showing surrounding colors on some layers. I had a blue color in input 1 and a red color in input 5. I wanted to see what the model looked like with red. Instead of just putting red into input 1, I repainted the model using the red from input 5 (now the model wasn't using input 1). When I sliced the model, the walls went away and the model looked beautiful! I now avoid using input 1 and my prints have been great. I passed this information on to the Mosaic team as a bug. Haven't heard anything back yet. I know this limits you to 7 colors but try painting your model not using input 1 and see if it makes a difference.
Problem solved. After painting the object, click on the ellipse next to the Object name in the Object panel on the right side of the screen. Select “duplicate”. You then can add the same object multiple times to your print bed.
How does the screen cover come off? what and how am i supposed to pry to get it off. It’s not obvious and I don’t want to break anything.
