I have tried to update no less that 5 times in the last 2 days. Emailed support and have had zero response. Very disappointed that I spent over $10k for a garbage printer. "Contact support for the latest firmware"???? Why do my $200 machines work great and the firmware is readily available?

Hi Valentin, the update should be less than an hour. If it's running longer than that, we would suggest power cycling your Element.
