Hello Alina. I upgraded my Palette2 Pro to “S” version and during a 5 color printing I entered the FILAMENT CHANGE tab and started the exchange, but without success, the printer stopped normally but none of the 4 imposed was enabled to perform the exchange. The 4 buttons were grayed out and were not activated when touching them. this happened after the upgrade before it was working properly. I count on Mosaic Support to resolve this issue. Thank you

Fiz o Upgrade na minha Palette2 Pro para versão “S” e durante uma impressão de 5 cores entrei na aba FILAMENT CHANGE e iniciei a troca, mas sem sucesso, a impressora parou normalmente mas nenhum dos 4 impus foi Habilitado para executar a troca. Os 4 botões ficaram esmaecidos e não foram ativados ao toca-los. isso aconteceu após o upgrade antes estava funcionando corretamente. Conto o Suporte Mosaic para resolver esse problema. Obrigado
