I got the p3 on 10/17/2022 i opened a ticket on the 10/20 because the splicer is always on. I was told i would get one shipped and arrive on the 25th or 26th. I called dhl today and nope not gonna be here today. After reading all the post and experiencing lock ups and it breaking after 233 splices i have decided that i no longer want this unit and i would like theinformation to return it. The first thing i make on this thing is not going to be a repair that i guess they want me to do..

can you please share a link to the Encoder PCB. i followed all the steps and that is the only thing left... palette 2 pro showed that i need to feed 17000mm more into the extruder.

this does not look like anything in the palette 2 pro that i have. can you please zoom the picture out so i can get a better look?
