Updating Array Firmware

Array firmware releases will be emailed directly to customers of the first production run.

Keep the firmware file zipped when transferring to a USB drive.

Insert USB drive into its port below the screen.

Navigate to Settings > About on the front screen

Select 'Update from USB' and then select the file from the USB stick to initiate the update.

Updates will typically take around 30-60 minutes. If your update is taking significantly longer, or seems to have stalled, please contact your Account Manager

After the update is complete, powercycle Array by turning the front power switch off. After a pause, power on Array again.
