Insert two of your available Material Pods into the receivers, but not more. The firmware for these Material Pods will also be updated, if applicable.

Having more than two Material Pods installed may affect the main firmware update.

After the main firmware update completes, other Material Pods can be updated individually - see step 4.

On Element's menu, go to Settings > About > Updates.

New release versions will display here, and the option to update from Cloud will be available if Element is connected to the Internet.

Select Update from Cloud to proceed with the firmware update.

Please do not power off Element or unplug the power during the update.

Contact your Account Manager or support@mosaicmfg.com for the latest firmware release.

Keep file zipped.

Transfer the firmware zip folder to a USB drive, insert into Element's USB port.

Select Update from USB on the Settings > About > Updates screen.

After the main firmware update has been completed, more Material Pods can be installed and updated individually, under the Materials > Details menu. Here, an update is available for the Material Pod in slot 8.

You will not need to update Material Pods after every update for the main unit. If new Material Pod firmware is available, the update icon will be shown.
