    Hey Matt, a few things to check:

    • Are you using the latest versions of the CANVAS Hub Plugins and Palette firmware?
    • When connecting your printer and Palette, please manually select the serial port rather than use the AUTO option
    • If you're still experiencing this issue, please send us a log file from right after this issue occurs: http://mm3d.co/octoprint-logs
