    Thanks Jonny,

    They told me in chat that your team has been sick but it doesnt excuse the delay in answering my emails.  If thats the case, someone should have explained that to me.   Also, I have left 2 voicemails with no response.  I feel that a lot of time has been wasted in providing the solution.  Thats 30 additional days that my warranty is no longer good for.  

    I have been really happy with your customer service until this incident.  I leave for a long time for work (as I have explained in the email and voicemails) so dont have a lot of time to test whatever you are sending me.   I wanted to ship my unit to you so that you could test it and fix it and then send it back at your leisure but never got a response.

    You're welcome! Yes, there is a bug going around the office so response times have taken a little longer than usual. I do see that we've been responsive to your e-mails up until Monday Jan 6 and plan to have replacement parts sent once the main board has been prepared for your unit. However, if you are concerned about the length of your warranty, we can definitely extend your unit's warranty by an additional month.

    We do believe that this is an issue with the main board which is why we think it would be most cost and time efficient to send you the parts to fix your unit rather than have your unit shipped back to our offices.

    Ok.   Responsive is subjective but I dont want to pick a fight hah.  

    I was just talking to someone via chat who gave me your address.   If you feel confident that this issue is the main board, please go ahead and send it today as fast as you can so I have time to test it before I leave please.    If its still causing me an issue on Sunday I will box it up and send it to you to keep and test while I'm gone.  

     

    Would the main board also explain why the cutting wheel isnt in the right place?  Are you able to email me instead of doing this publicly on the forums?
