    Hi Kinh-Luan Luu, is your completed print in calibration, or are there issues with the print? Could you please share pictures of your print along with the ping/pong values that you received?

    Hi Jonny,

    Yes, I did complete print in calibration on first mosaic keychain. There are no issue with the print. I forgot to download ping/pong on that print but I confirm all ping/pong on other prints are around 100%.

    Thanks for sharing. If the print is in calibration and there are no issues, I would still save the calibration values and try another print. Palette should self-adjust one it receives more pings to learn from.
