So...I am trying to print a snorlax model I designed and I am getting strange results when the print starts each time. I am using a raft due to the small parts that require adhesion, and during the printing of the raft, the pings are missed each time...and then the pings don't appear to be missed. I can't tell if this is going to mess up my print or not, as I assume missed pings will eventually lead to color sync issues and I dont want to let a full-day print going to waste filament if I know it will fail.
What can I learn from the fact that, within the first three pings of my print, I get a perfect ping response on #1, but #2 and #3 are missed each time before getting a response again?
Is it OK to miss a couple pings during the printing of the raft? Since the gcode of the raft is baked in before being sent to Chroma - does the Palette 2 even know or care it's a raft and will the missed pings lead to a failure?
Any point in attaching the gcode of the file gets the missing pings? It's being printed on my CR-10S.
Thanks in advance.
