I have a Robo C2 that runs octoprint and should not require the canvas hub to work in connected mode. After installing the plugins onto the Robo, I can control the Pallete 2 (move the cutter, and clear outputs); but can not actually start a print with both Canvas and Chroma. I see the .gcode.mfc file in my octoprint but it does not say pallete under the file like shown in the guides. When I start the print the Printer starts moving and homing but the pallete stays on the home screen even though octoprint says it is initializing. I can not get canvas to send files to octoprint at all even though the account is linked but not saying it is connecting. I have seen others on the facebook group that also said they have similar problems with the Robo R2/ C2. I sent in the support chat a list of my plugins but never got any response on what ones to try and disable. I know that Robo did significant modifications to octoprint on the R2 and C2 but you guys said it should work. Thank you for any help.
