Just received mine today and finished re-flashing after a complete bricking from the initial required firmware update having failed..  It will be a couple days before I get time to finish setup being Christmas, but I'll post here what happens. (N2 Plus).  I gather you haven't attempted yet?

Updated:  well caca!  they didn't include a USB cable compatible with going from the Canvas Hub to my Raise 3D N2Plus.  They claim to be partnered with Raise.. but the N2Plus only has USB A ports, like the Canvas Hub..  so I need A to A and the hub only came with a USB A to B cable and an A to micro cable.  I gotta go buy a cable or an adapter it seems <sigh>

To follow up for Bob Nordlund...

After a lot of effort back and forth with support, it turns out that you're only real hope is to run the Pallet2 in accessory mode with the N2.  There is no plug and play support for the canvas hub with the Raise printers via the external USB ports...  at best you can hack your expensive printer and pull apart the control/display module from the motion controller module and connect it to the USB port that the two communicate through.. rendering your touch screen/print server and normal networked interface/communication with the printer, disabled.   I will not attempt this and risk damaging my expensive printer, so I am returning the Canvas Hub.  Now to decide if running the Pallet2 in accessory mode is going to be reliable.
