    We have been providing updates constantly through e-mails and FB posts. We do apologize for the delays and we are working to move units as fast as possible. I'm sorry that you're unable to create prints for resale at Christmas time and can process a full refund of your order if you'd like.

    Hi Jonny,

    Yes, I'd like to take you up on the offer of a full refund, I think it's only fair at this point. Could you please get back to me by COB today with an estimate, that is as accurate as possible, as to when I might expect that refund? Also please advise on any additional steps that I may need to take to get this refund processed as soon as possible. I would prefer not to have to contact my credit card company, but am prepared to do so if needed.

    Just received my P2 + Hub - Order no. was #2397 and it was delivered to Germany.

    Now I have to get my printer back to work, that unfortunately had kind of a meltdown the other day ;-(

    Hey Rick, we have your order in the system and are just waiting for the CANVAS Hub units to arrive. They are scheduled to arrive by the end of the week. I expect that you'll receive a tracking number early next week. Thank you again for your patience.
