Your pictures are pretty, I can't even come close.  I try to follow your instructions but your tool box looks different than mine, and when I'm able to get the transitions box up, its blank, consequently, your instructions are useless.  Sorry, but you have no idea how much time and filament I've wasted trying to get a decent print.  I've watched the videos and read what was available, but the frustration level is coming to point that I believe I've wasted a lot of money on a machine that works and software that doesn't.  At least on my printer.

Hi Jerome, sorry to hear that you're not seeing the same screens as these screenshots were taken on CANVAS. Could you please send screenshots of what you see to us at support@mosaicmfg.com? We'll be able to examine why you're having these issues and get you up ad printing. I would also suggest running calibration without variable transitions first then once you're all calibrated, focus on reducing filament waste by adjusting the transition lengths.

Hi Jean-Baptiste, we haven't seen this issue in the past, so we have a few additional questions:

    • Which printer are you using?
    • Which Palette type do you have configured for it?
    • Do you see any errors in the console?

Hi Jonny, my printer is a SmartCub 3D MK3 Maker Pro, made in France by SmartCub.

I've both Palette type for it (connected and accessories). I don't see any error in the console.

Using S3D and Chroma, the results are pretty good. (I make some progress from time to time ;) ).

I started to print the Totem some days ago and it's quite good. The right wing on the photo isn't very clean because there were a placement problem on the bed.

Could you ask the support team if they found a solution for "Jerome Alterman"?

    regards

    JB

Thanks for sharing! We unable to replicate this issue on our end, but would you be able to share your login credentials with us? We'll log in to see if this occurs for just your account. You can send these details to jonny@mosaicmfg.com if you don't mind.

Glad to hear that Chroma and S3D are still working for you, and hopefully you'll be able to retry the Totem pole again.

We were speaking with Jerome via e-mail to try and better understand their problems but have not heard from them for a period of time. We hope to hear back from them soon!
