I've left my Canvas Hub up for 2 hours and it still is not showing its WiFi network.  Is there some way to factory reset it or something?

    Greetings,

I connected to the 2.4 local network but I still can't connect to the hub after the reboot sequence.  What else should I try?

Ok here is a strange story, I have been busy  for the past 7 days and have not touched my set up. But tonight when wanted to print I could not connect to the Canvas Hub.  I tried the .local with bonjor and the 10.0.0.5 and the direct IP address. Both on 5ghz network and on 2.4ghz network...

    nothing worked.

The hub is connected to my wifi router, but was not broad casting its own wifi. so I could not connect to it directly to see whats going on.

Did Mosaic release an update? Because I got Octoprint to load without the canvas plugin...

Hey Keith, we haven't updated the plugins, but please note that the 10.0.0.5/ IP address will only work when you're connected to the CANVAS Hub Wifi. If you've already connected your Hub to your local Wifi network, please enter your Hub's IP address. If you're still having issues, please send us a message at support@mosaicmfg.com and we can troubleshoot this issue.
