    step 11 could be clearer that you're referring to the cable connecting the power and USB interface board to the Main board when you say "re-attach the USB plug"..   one needs to reconnect the main power/USB interface cable first to the Main board,  keep everything clear and then apply power and reconnect the PC USB cable.

    These instructions are lacking, did you get tired after step 10 and stopped posting screenshots? Did you even bother to re-read the instructions? Don't care enough about being concise with instructions which then translates to your product, which for me did not work out of the box.

    dead on arrival here to no help crappy instructions should not have to disassemble a 500 device to make it work and update firmware, unbelievable support sucks

    Hey Tony, could you send us an e-mail (support@mosaicmfg.com) so that we can try to isolate the issue that you're experiencing? This article should help to 'jump' your unit's screen back on, but if you're still unable to see your screen, there may be another issue.
