|43||Screen Freeze Error||If you've received this during a print, Palette should continue printing but you'll lose screen functions. Once the print as finished, please reset Palette.|
|101||Communication Error||Please restart your Palette.|
|102||Incorrect Splice Core detected||This occurs if a Splice Core is used on a Palette 2 Pro or if a Splice Core Pro is used on a Palette 2. Please ensure that you're using the correct Splice Core for your version of Palette.|
|103||Runout detection error||This error occurs when there is an issue with the runour detection switches in Palette. Please check the connections using this article.|
|111||Cut Error||Palette's cutter is not operating correctly. Please refer to this article to check the condition of your cutter blade.|
|112||Error clearing outgoing during startup||This error occurs if Palette detects that filament is not being cleared from the outgoing tube properly. Please remove the outgoing tube and ensure that the filament path is clear.|
|301||Invalid PPM||Please run Palette Calibration (http://mm3d.co/calibrate-p2)|
|302||Invalid SPC||Please run Palette Calibration (http://mm3d.co/calibrate-p2)|
|311||Incorrect Major Version||There is an issue with Palette's firmware. Please re-flash the firmware on your unit (http://mm3d.co/firmware).|
|312||Firmware update required||Please update your Palette's firmware (http://mm3d.co/firmware).|
