If you're experiencing any issues with CANVAS, you can download a zip file containing information about your printer profiles, style profiles, and Palette. This package can be sent to Customer Success to help diagnose your issues more efficiently. Please note that this package does not contain any model or user account data.
- Open CANVAS (https://canvas3d.io).
- Click the Main Menu on the top left of the page.
- Select Get help with CANVAS.
- On the pop-up screen, select Download Help Package.
- A zip file will be downloaded containing data on printer, style, and Palette profiles.
- Please complete the requested information and send your responses to email@example.com.
