    "Instead, we're transparent with customers about exactly what can be accomplished with Palette™"

    That must be one of the most provoking statements I have read in a very long time.

    After all the research I have done over the past months, both to get the most out of my Palette, and to make review videos, and seen how entirely disconnected the claims coming from Mosaic is from reality it really makes me fume reading another flat out lie like that.

    Never have I seen another company selling a product in this price range lying to such an extreme degree about the performance of their product. I don't think "transparent with" was the phrase you was looking for. It was probably more like "lying to".
