What is the refund/return policy?
We do not currently issue refunds or returns once a unit has been shipped from our fulfillment centres, except for extenuating circumstances. Instead, we're transparent with customers about exactly what can be accomplished with Palette and are happy to speak with them to make sure Palette can meet their needs before they purchase the product.
