Slicer Compatibility with Palette
To print with Palette and Chroma, you first use a slicer to create GCode, then you process that GCode in Mosaic's free software. Not all GCode is the same. While many kinds of GCode MAY work with Mosaic's software, we officially support the following slicers below.
We also offer CANVAS, our multi-color/material slicer which is an all-in-one solution to slice, process, and customize your prints.
CANVAS currently slices multiple STL files to create print files for your Palette 2/3 and printer. CANVAS also provides support for Palette and Palette+ printing if you have an older generation of Palette.
Chroma is the downloadable, offline software that creates print files for Palette and your printer using GCode sliced by Simplify3D, Cura, Slic3r, or KISSlicer. Chroma supports Palette, Palette+, and Palette 2 (Pro)(S). Please note that Chroma is not compatible with Palette 3.
CANVAS Hub (S) only supports Palette 2 (Pro) as wireless capability is needed.

Hello,
Would you please establish connectivity to simplify3d with the Palette 3 Pro.
The canvas slicer is simply not sufficient for higher demands.
Not even 3mf file formats can be read.
It also doesn't support 3dconnexion spacemouse.
The browser application is sometimes slow and jerky.
Adding Palette 3 pro to Chroma might also be an option.
I'm thinking about whether I should return the Palette 3 Pro,
because the absolutely inadequate canvas slicer with its severely limited range of functions as well as import and export options greatly reduces the enjoyment of the product.
