I live in the EU, will I have to pay import charges?

Yes, a VAT charge will be included at checkout if you are living inside the EU. This is because EU orders are shipped from a fulfillment center located in the Netherlands, meaning a 21% VAT is charged based on Netherlands import costs.

For convenience, we collect VAT at checkout and remit the VAT when we ship products to our fulfillment center in the EU. This means that you will not have to pay VAT when your product arrives at your door. However, please note that there still may be additional import charges (aside from VAT) depending on your country.

Currently, shipping to the UK is under these same terms.
