Filament not Feeding into Printer's Extruder

This happens when, feeding filament from your Palette/Palette+ to begin the print, the filament will not enter the printer's extruder.

There could be a number of causes:

1. There may be filament present in the extruder already, and this filament could be blocking the beginning of your filament. 
   
   
2. There may be a jam in your extruder that is not visible to you without dissecting your printer’s extruder. 
   
   
3. Basically, anything that could normally cause issues for you to feed a regular filament into an extruder can cause issues when trying to load Palette/Palette+ filament into your extruder.

To fix this, go through any actions you would normally take if you were to have issues feeding in a regular filament strand. We suggest disassembling and clearing your extruder manually if you cannot clear the extruder externally.  You can also heat up your extruder and use a loose piece of filament to push out any leftover filament blockages.
