Your Octoprint log helps us troubleshoot connectivity issues with your CANVAS Hub. To download your Octoprint log, please follow these instructions.
- Visit the CANVAS Hub page by entering the serial number URL (XXXX-XX-ch-canvas-hub.local/) or the Hub's IP address into your browser.
- Click the Octoprint Settings (wrench icon) on the top right navigation menu.
- Click on Logging.
- Here you'll find your main octoprint.log, as well as other Octoprint logs from specific days. Click the download icon to get a text file that can be sent to support@mosaicmfg.com
