I have found an issue when doing this, the screw under the buffer switch is proud slightly and causing the filament to hit it instead of going up and making the switch. Its 50/50 to if the filament makes the switch when doing calibration or not. I’ve removed the cover and got about 1/8 turn on the screw but its still proud slightly. Is there any advice you can give me how to correct this issue, i have pictures of you need them.
Hi i’ve just received my Palette 2 and unable to get it to update on windows 10, but getting the error “Error (No P2 devices detected)”. I tried as per the comments to update the drivers from the attached links in step 6 and then restarted the PC, but still getting the same error. Please someone help.

Canvas still doesnt work with Octoprint 1.6.1, this has turned the palette 2 into a massive very expensive paperweight. Please sort this ASAP.
