The palette 3 splices pretty fast. Did you buy the pro for faster splices? The buffer is small so I designed a bigger buffer system after the palette. Filament feed, Palette 3, and Buffer system. https://youtube.com/shorts/YKtvPQcdBzM?f...
Yup, I had that problem this summer! I actually made a replacement on fusion 360. I designed two versions. One for a fdm print with a .4 nozzle with lose specs and then another I had sls printed with exact specs. Both worked great. Push fit for bearings. I emailed mosaic and they didn’t really care when I expressed my concerns and frustrations about the cheap plastic. My version has more meat on the bracket so the lid won’t fit anymore but mosaic should replace all of them to metal so the lid does fit. So they know about it but they don’t care and keep sending out this crap. The palette 3 don’t have as many flaws as the palette 2 but it was not ready to be released to the public.
Pic of filament change. It will stay like this until I reset the palette. Don’t work unless I’m missing something. Both drives 1 and 2 have filament locked in. All I can do is again reset the palette.
Your not alone I was emailing tech this summer and was getting an average 2 day delay going back and fourth for weeks. Then I was finally able to ship my palette to mosaic and they kept it for over two months before returning it. Jonny will return your emails faster however changes his story on the issue at hand. I have wasted time writing about 50+ emails, sending logs, getting excuses for delays on why my palette wasn’t returned back to me, buying a second palette, and troubleshooting. What a nightmare and the problem still is not fixed. I also supported this company by buying the 2spro the years prior. let’s not forget the palette 3 has been out for almost a year now and all the features still don’t work as advertised. I deserve an apology by the owner immediately.
