I am having the exact same issue. I shut my Hub and printers off before going out of town and when I returned it gives the same message as above and I am no longer able to get a code to add it back to my Canvas setup. I tried uninstalling and cleaning up the plugin data but nothing helps. There is no way to log out of my canvas account on the hub. This is a major issue and not an isolated incident. Let me know if there is anything you need from me to help.
You are correct, that does seem to be model specific. I checked another one with a larger infill area but same settings and there are no retract or restart points in the middle of the infill. I’m going to try another model and see how it does. Also, the wipe reduction and increasing the minimum travel for retract helped. Thanks!
