Dear Gentlemen I bought a Mosaic Pallet 3 pro two weeks ago through 3dJake (3 D pinter shop). This week unpacked the pallet 3 pro and connected it to the FLSUN SR. Tested the printer first without upgrading the firmware. Test print key ring Mosaic colors 2 colors printed. Everything fine. Then Kitt translated 4 colors via canvas slicer and sent to the Mosaic Pallet 3 Pro. This went well. But during start and input of the different colors, the pallet stopped after the third color and fell into a jam. 101. Then I upgrade the Firmware. But after restarting the 3 D print again, the same error came up again (101). After that I convert the print file to 3 colors. Print came out fine.
