Hi, I have it set to 9cm. The annoying thing is that you will need to send G codes from luban to complete the setup before print. If you have not done it yet first do extruder calibration ( see this). With that done once you load the filament (by hand as snapmaker will do 55mm every time you hit load button). Open the little flap on the front of the printing head and feed the filament so that is just ready to go. Once done look at how much palette is asking you to load more, then from luban connect to the printer, make sure the extruder temp is set to 200 (from ui or issue the code) and to the following G91 (will set relative mode) G1 F50 (setup of slow flow) G1 Exx.x where x.xx is how much palette is asking you to load. keep repeating the G1 Exx.x with whatever palette is asking you untill ti says stop loading. Click finish and start the print from the Snapmaker.
