Dear Mosaic Do you have a webcam in the warehouse so that we can see what’s happening? At the start of last week you told us that we’d get our tracking numbers by the end of last week. The end of the week came but no tracking number arrived. 3 days ago Hana said that my order was being processed by the warehouse and that I’d get my tracking number by the end of this week. Assuming the warehouse works 9-5 Monday-Friday then it looks like I’m not getting my tracking number this week. You keep on using words like ‘very soon’, ‘shortly’, ‘end of the week’ but there still seem to be more delays all the time. Can you please tell us when all outstanding orders be shipped and then if that date slips explain to us what’s causing the additional delay.
