Hi Rupert. The hub is connected and I have been dowloading and uploading to the Palette and printer directly (bypassing the hub). However I would really like to get the hub connecting as it used to work. so to summarise: (1) The account is connected in the Canvas hub (2) The hub appears as connected in the Canvas app (3) I’m really don’t want to carry on with the workaround as I’ve already bought the hub… Martin
Thanks Jonny. It’s a private network and requires a password to access (which I have entered). I have tested it where the hub was about 2 feet from the router.
Every time I try this, the splice fails and the print jams. Is there any way to change the default splice settings so they work?
