Hi Jonny, I have sent an email, the issue is worse than before , the screen is now blank and says it a cannot start bootloader
Installed software updater for Mac OS - Mac window says
Screen board (1 of 3) - 100%
Error (Handshake timeout) -
Palette 2 screen says firmware update in progress, please wait for the firmware update complete.
nothing has happened for 10 minutes
