  1. Turn Palette off. Try gently pulling on the filament, and seeing if one of the filaments will come dislodged. If you’re able to get one of them out, the other one should come out easily.

    • If the clog happens in the Teflon tube connected to the Scroll Wheel, you may have to disassemble the Scroll Wheel in order to gain access to the filament.

  2. First, unscrew the top three screws fastening the acrylic plate. Once the screws and acrylic plate have been removed, you'll be able to lift the Teflon tube out of the Scroll Wheel. You should now be able to clear the clogged filament.  Once the Teflon tubing has been cleared, replace the acrylic plate and screws to your Scroll Wheel.
