Just getting my Palette 2S up and running. Downloaded Chroma tonight and am getting the message below when I try to open it. I'm running Mac OS Ventura 13.1 on an M1 Max MacBook Pro. Any thoughts? TIA, Barry
“Chroma.app” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.
This software needs to be updated. Contact the developer for more information.
Hey Barry, you should be able to CTRL + Click and select Open in order to bypass this message. You should also be able to override this in your System Preferences.

Hallo,
würden Sie bitte die konnektivität zu simplify3d mit der Palette 3 Pro herzustellen.
Der Canvas-Slicer ist für gehobene Ansprüche einfach nicht ausreichend.
Es können noch nicht mal 3mf-Dateiformate eingelesen werden.
Es unterstützt ebend so keine 3dconnexion spacemouse.
Die Browseranwendung ist teils langsam und ruckelig.
Ich bin am überlegen ob ich die Palettte 3 Pro wieder zurück gebe,
da der absolut unzureichende Canvas-Slicer mit seinem stark eingeschränktem Funktionsumfang sowie Import und Export Möglichkeiten einem die freude am Produkt stark mindert.
Hallo Sebastian, bitte beachten Sie, dass dieser Support-Artikel für Modelle der Palette V2S und älter gilt. Für Palette 3 ist es mit Canvas oder PrusaSlicer kompatibel (über das P2PP-Plugin – mm3d.co/p2pp).

Hi Sebastian, please note that this support article is for models of Palette V2S and older. For Palette 3, it is compatible with Canvas or PrusaSlicer (via the P2PP plugin - mm3d.co/p2pp).

Is there a way to pass the filename in as an argument for processing in a script?
Hey Brett, could you please clarify what is meant by the question? Are you trying to automate the Chroma process or pass a file directly from a slicer? Or maybe adding something in the output of Chroma or triggering behaviour at that time?
