I am having trouble slicing a file made by Mosaic

I downloaded the Multi-Color Mandala made by mosaic I have been having issues slicing this file if you look at layer 6 for instance you may see what I am talking about. I have increased this all the way up to 100% infill so layer 6 should be solid now and its not when I tried printing it a 20% infill it was causing problems because of the weird infill also I noticed when it was printing that it would start one part then jump over to another part and then jump back instead of printing the shortest path which would make the print take longer. Is this slicing issue because of the file or is there a problem with one of my settings that I am not aware of? Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Here is the link to my slice which is now set to 100% infill which I do not really want to print it at that I was just trying to see if it would slice it as solid.

Hey @silver1882, thanks for your patience. The issues you are seeing are not due to your slicer settings, but to the STL. There are some mesh defects, and it requires a bit of repair. Please try running it through a repair software such as Netfabb.
