Is there any reason that the "stop print" message might be trigged?

Trying to do a first print and I’ve had to clear the “Stop Print” confirmation message from the touchscreen UI a few times now. Not sure why it’s randomly acting like I’m hitting the stop button. Is there some other action that can trigger that message to come up? So far it’s continuing to print, but I have concerns that it’s going to randomly just stop.

Has anyone run into something like this?

The top lid may be pressing onto the screen. Does this occur with the top lid removed?

Hey @imaginator, thanks for reaching out about this. It looks like you most likely need a screen replacement. Could you please reach out to us at support@mosaicmfg.com with your shipping address and receipt (to confirm warranty) and we can send one out ASAP? Thanks!

It will do that, but it seems to be a ghost... or just static buildup on the cover. If I remove it it seems to work fine - I added a video of the screen having a rave.

Hey Mike, did you mean that if you remove the screen protector then it works okay?

Forgot about this thread but yes. If I leave the cover off everything works fine.
