Where Is The Post I Made To The Forum?

I made a post entitled “Chroma 3.2.2 - No Pings In Accessory Mode“ and it disappeared from the forum.

Below is the response I got from Jonny Yeu, but the “View the comment” link to the post is no longer valid (https://bit.ly/2DeIbuq). Please advise how I can reply to Jonny Yeu in my post:

Hey Mrabushka, which mode are you using in Chroma? Is this a multi-color calibrated print, or a non-calibration print like Pattern, Random, Gradient, etc.? Please also share your Chroma profile with us (.yml) and we can take a look at your settings (Profiles > Printer Profiles > Export).

Hey Mitchell! Sorry about that, it might have been because we switched support sites and the forum on the old site is down. You can answer @jonnyyeu questions here though, and we will do our best to help. Thanks for your patience.

Hi Alina, thanks for info! I re-flashed my firmware to see if that would fix the problem and I’m also doing a recalibration. Please let me know what are acceptable SPC and PPM #’s?

No problem! You can find instructions, as well as acceptable ranges for SPC/PPM here (mm3d.co/calibrate-p2). However, it is rare that you would need to recalibrate these values - these are set during QC. I am not sure what your initial issue was (unfortunately it looks like your original post got lost), but usually what we mean by recalibration is redoing the calibration keychain as in mm3d.co/firstprint

Attached is the error message I am getting. Per Jonny’s request, how do I upload my Chroma profile (.yml)?

I attached the error message image to my previous post, but it’s not showing in the post. How can I send you a picture of the error message I’m getting?

Hey Mitchell, could you try attaching the photo once again? There should be an image icon that you can click to upload a photo with your message. Alternatively, could you tell us what the error message said? If you exported your Chroma profile successfully, please attach it in an email and send it to support@mosaicmfg.com so we can review. Thanks!

Hi Alina, here is the error message. I re-flashed the firmware, but that didn’t help. I will send the Chroma profile to your support via email. Thank you for your help!

Hi Mitchell, apologies for the confusion as we recently migrated our support centre. Concerning this issue, please send your .yml file to support@mosaicmfg.com. Also, is this for a calibrated print, or are you using one of the other print modes on Palette, such as Random, Gradient, Multi-spool, etc.?
