I wish I had an operational product

Block Image

Yay. Keychain failure #9.

Last night did a factory reset and started again from 0.

Redid splice tuning.

Redid calibration.

Started tuning again.

Yet again the palette failed to produce enough filament to complete the print. Areas outlined in black are missing filament.

I have 80mm from the gears to the tip of the nozzle. I have my “Bowden tube length" set to 120.

Yes, my esteps on my machine are correct. Yes my bed is leveled.

Hey @jd2112, sorry to hear about this. Could you please increase your Bowden tube length to 300 mm and try this earbud holder instead (as long as you did not reset to factory defaults, you can try another print - but if you did reset to factory defaults, the next print would have to be the keychain)?

After the factory reset the splice tuning was redone as was the palette calibration. It now loads too much filament.

Prior to factory reset I was as high as 500mm Bowden length and same failure.
