I can't get this thing to dial in

I can’t seem to get consistent results with the keychain print. Attached are prints 5 and 6. They are quite literally the exact same file printed twice. Same filament. #6 is the top one. I marked in black the area where I ran out of filament on #6. Keep in mind, I made no changes between these 2 files.

I have 80mm between the gears and the nozzle but have a bowden set in the system of 125mm.

My esteps are spot on as is the bed level.

PING data from #6

PING (%)

===================

Ping 1 100.74%

Ping 2 100.35%

Ping 3 100.11%

Ping 4 100.34%

Ping 5 100.35%

Ping 6 100.29%

Hey @jd2112, thanks for providing these photos. Can you increase your Bowden tube length in the printer profile even further? We usually over estimate this value, as all it does is add filament to the end of the print to make sure it finishes. The transition on the bottom of your tower is correct, and your pings are spot on. After you increase this value and your print finishes, you shouldn’t have to redo the keychain. We recommend moving onto this earbud holder.

I am trying that now, however I see a major flaw in doing this. I am already at 200% the actual length between the gears and the nozzle. If it fail to make enough filament at 150% that tells me the software is not properly calculating the amount of filament needed. This could be catastrophic for future prints.
