Run out Error messages

I purchased a 2S Upgrade Kit from 3dJake, Contacted them and they said to come here, the palette 2 has been running fine since its upgrade install on 14-01-21, but recently it has been “Running out” of filament in drive 1 even though its still got plenty on the spool, I’ve made sure there’s no tension on the spool and can print successfully with other drives as the main drive, Just a local issue with drive 1’s sensor, firmware or part issue?

Hey @ryanbond, thanks for reaching out about this. This is likely an issue with the filament switch on drive 1. If you reach out to us at support@mosaicmfg.com with your shipping address and receipt (to confirm warranty), we can send you a replacement switch as soon as possible.
