Run out Error messages

I purchased a 2S Upgrade Kit from 3dJake, Contacted them and they said to come here, the palette 2 has been running fine since its upgrade install on 14-01-21, but recently it has been “Running out” of filament in drive 1 even though its still got plenty on the spool, I’ve made sure there’s no tension on the spool and can print successfully with other drives as the main drive, Just a local issue with drive 1’s sensor, firmware or part issue?

Hey @ryanbond, thanks for reaching out about this. This is likely an issue with the filament switch on drive 1. If you reach out to us at with your shipping address and receipt (to confirm warranty), we can send you a replacement switch as soon as possible.
