Hub shows solid light and doesn’t appear in available networks
I was following the instructions from “connecting to Canvas Hub S” and when I select Network Connection and try to connect to my home network the connection fails. Says no response from server. When I look at the hub, it is no longer slow-blinking.
I have already tried a factory reset using balenaEtcher to rebuild the micro SD card, but the same thing happens.
This isn’t what I would call great service. Waiting 4 days for tech support is pretty bad.
Is this a worthwhile discussion?
