Unable to connect to Palette 2 Pro to update Firmware, via USB.
Straight out of the box, refurbished Hub and Palette 2 Pro. All going pretty well until I try to Update the Firmware. I remove all USB that I can from the PC, just Keyboard and Mouse left, using the supplied USB cable, connect from any/all USB Ports and run Updater. Never connects, only ever sees COM 1 or COM14 but fails to see the Palette.
I have also tried multiple USB Cables and a MacBook Pro, same results.
The Firmware on the Palette is actually the latest but should it not connect and tell me this?
Do I just need to ignore trying to connect it and finish setting up?
What if new firmware comes out next week and I can’t update?
Advice and pointers please.
