Couple of Issues: Doesn't work in Chrome/Server Offline

I am setting up Canvas Hub (First Time)

I am able to see it on Network and Connect,

When I go into CHROME and type http://xxxx-ch-canvas-hub.local/

I receive ‘Site cannot be accessed (DNS Resolve Issue)

So I try it in IE: Here I get the Old OctiPrint SCreen, but after 3-4 Seconds I get a ‘Server is Offline’ Error.

I have no background with OctiPrint, but this is getting old.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cant seem to talk to a human in Canada.
