Error (No P2 devices detected)

Hello.

I’m attempting to setup a new Palette 2s on a Win 10 machine. When attempting to update firmware I receive the errror: Error (No P2 devices detected) .

I’ve deleted and reinstalled all of my USB drivers and run Win update. I’m not sure what the issue can is.

Hey @pguzz, thanks for reaching out about this and sorry for trouble. Do you see a COM port for Palette when you go into advanced options on the updater? If not, please try the troubleshooting steps outlined in step 6 of this article. We have a download link to a driver that you may be missing (was this the one you reinstalled?).

If you do see a COM port, but are receiving this error when selecting “Install Latest”, please upload the firmware to each board individually as in step 5 of the above article. Please let us know if you continue to receive an error, and if so, which one. Thanks for your patience with this.
