Single Color Through Palette 2S

I’m very new to the Palette 2S. I’ve successfully created my first multi-color print and am thrilled so far. I would like to print a single color print through the Palette. I put the model in Canvas and sent it over to my DIY Hub but it doesn’t seem to want to start the print through Palette it’s trying to do it directly through the printer. Is this possible or will single color prints always go directly to the printer?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Hey @thetechrunner, thanks for your question. If your model is single colour, Canvas will not create output files for Palette, as it assumes you will not need to splice together different types of filament. However, you can use Multi Spool Mode if you were looking to use Palette to splice together multiple spools of the same coloured filament to print a large model or use up some leftover spools.

Thanks for that. Is there anywhere to submit feature suggestions? I don't want to have to mess with my filament setup if I'm only going to use a single spool. For example, I have red, white, blue, black hooked up for a multicolor then just want to print a black model it'd be nice to be able to just let it go as normal.

@thetechrunner I can pass this on as a feature request, and you can also post on our Github page here if you'd like: github.com/MosaicManufacturing
