Palette 2S doesn't feed enough filment to finish print

On some of my files sliced in Canvas, the Palette will cut the filament a few inches/centimeters too short, and the printer runs out of filament before finishing the top layer or two. I’ve tried reslicing the file in Canvas, but the problem persists. I’m sure there’s a way to manually extend how much filament the Palette feeds before it decides it’s fed enough and cuts it, but I’m not sure how to do it.

Hey @robotprom, thanks for reaching out about this. Please go to the Extruder tab of your printer profile in Canvas, and increase the length of your Bowden tube. This value represents the amount of filament that is added to the end of your print to make sure it finishes.

I've had multiple prints now run out of filament in the last few minutes of the print. I don't have a Borden tube seeing in canvas? I have width, multiplier, gapfill on the left and then retraction distance, retract speed, never and always retract settings, wipe and zlift. Hope can I find the Bowden setting, I don't have Bowden tube, nor the seeing in canvas? Than you
