I have a similar issue, especially when I try to print only with one color and when there is not much filament needed. The palette 2pros is creating and pushing the filament towards the printer. Before it enters the extruder it cuts and retracts the filament. (btw, I'm using the 80mm tube). The filament (the piece that has been cut, and is sitting in the tube) can be used to successfully print the model, but not by using the palette. Only when I remove it from the tube and feed it directly into the extruder.

Hey Martin, you can try increasing the Bowden tube length on your printer profile in Canvas (under the Extruder tab) to resolve this issue. This value represents the amount of filament added to the end of a print. In your case, it will help to create more filament for the print. However, this filament will not be used by your printer - it will just help with feeding from Palette to the extruder.

Hi Alina, the strange thing is that the correct tube length is configured in the palette 2proS. But it doesn't look the palette is using this lenght correctly.

Hey Martin, what is the length of your print (found in summary after slicing in Canvas) and what is the length of your outgoing tube (small is 500 mm, medium is 800 mm, and large is 1100 mm)?
