Delete CANVAS Queue to CANVAS Hub

Hey Guys,

I recently had the issue that I sent a Files from CANVAS to my HUB, but the HUB had no Connection to CANVAS at this point. The next day, Connection from the Hub to CANVAS was esteblished again. My Octoprint showed a messege, that my File from the day before is incomming but the bar wont make progress. I canceled the messege via the X but recognized that the follwing print would has performance issues. The Printer was really slow or even stoping while printing a straight line so I canceled it. After every Restart of the Hub, the ‘incomming file’-messege shows up again. How can I cancel the Queue? My workaround is now that I disconnected the HUB from CANVAS and upload the files manually.

Hey @darkneon, thanks for reaching out about this. If you have already tried power cycling the Hub, refreshing the Hub page, and relinking your CANVAS account, can you please go ahead and factory reset your Hub (instructions here)? This reset should force for the Hub to officially cancel the print. Please let us know if you have any questions!
