Extracting your sliced design?

I don’t see an “Extract” button after I have sliced my design. How do I extract my designs to a SD card to put in my Palette 2 Pro? “Save As” and “Download” do not work. I’m using an Ender 3 as my 3D printer.

Hey @blueshawk, thanks for reaching out. If you are in accessory mode (not using a CANVAS Hub), then you should be able to download the print files to transfer to your SD cards. Do you receive an error when selecting “download”? If you share your CANVAS project with us (instructions here), we can take a look on our end.
